Q) How do we book a vacation with Mickey's Magical Plans?

When you contact us, we will send you a questionnaire to find out more information and what you are looking for in a Disney vacation, including membership in any special groups, budget, dining likes and dislikes, theme park or Disney cruise preferences, and special needs, if any. We will then create the magical Disney trip you will love, at the price you want and often lower than you would receive by booking directly through Disney. 

Q) Why should we use your services? 
I have been planning Disney vacations for friends and family for years.  In addition, as an affiliate of Ears of Experience, an Earmarked agency, I have many years of experience with Disney vacations, including theme parks, Disney cruises, and Adventures behind me. You will receive the lowest price we can find, and if you see a lower price elsewhere for the same Disney vacation package or the package price goes down before you leave, we will adjust your price. Certain restrictions may apply. 

Q) If your services are FREE, how are you paid?
Our vendors pay us, not our clients. There is NO catch.  Our services are completely free to you. 

Q) Where should we stay during our Disney vacation? 
We are happy to make hotel suggestions, and we take into account your traveling party's likes, dislikes, special needs, and budget. Your trip is the Disney vacation, so we personalize everything for you.

Q) Where should we eat? 
Dining at Disney is one of our favorite parts!  Part of the planning process for your Disney vacation package is asking about your family's eating habits, likes, and dislikes. We will suggest restaurants for you and even make reservations if you like. No hassle, no stress.

Q) Which package is best for us? 
We customize every Disney vacation package to the client's needs. We will send you a questionnaire to fill out to learn your needs, and then we will create a package tailored to you and your traveling party. 

Q) Do we even need a Disney vacation package? 
You can save money, stress, and hassle by booking a package.   Everything is taken care of for you. All you need to do is pack, choose your FastPasses (imagine skipping lines!) and show up!  

Q) Do you offer any Disney vacation specials? 
Yes, we do!  Specials are updated on the Destinations page.

Q) I have already booked my vacation directly with Disney. Can you still help me? 
Absolutely. You will get all of our extra services at no extra cost. Contact us today to find out how.

Q) How do we know if we qualify for a Disney hotel discount? 
Some Disney hotel discounts are open to everyone, but other discounts are specific to groups such as Florida residents or military families. We will always ask whether you belong to those groups to help us find the biggest savings on the price of your Disney vacation. 

Q) I am an Annual Pass Holder. Can I book through you? 
Yes!   Pass holders often receive great Disney hotel discounts and other perks. 

Q) Do you know of any Disney military discounts? 
Yes.  Disney does a great job of honoring our military families.  We stay up-to-date on all the Disney vacation specials and Disney hotel discounts to save you even more money. Contact us to learn more about Disney's amazing specials. 

Q) What if the price of our Disney vacation goes down before we travel? 
Great question!  We will price watch your vacation and automatically adjust or apply new discounts to your Disney vacation if applicable. 

Q) How are payments processed? 
All reservations are made directly with Disney. Your credit card statement for both the deposit and final payment will reflect a charge from Walt Disney Travel Company®. I will review your payment schedule when your reservation is made, including final payment due date and the policies set by Disney. I will never hold or deposit any payments into my accounts for any reason.
